Every new account receives a full free trial period with no upfront payment. This gives you ample opportunity to try the platform and confirm it fits your business before any financial commitment.
Given the nature of the service (a digital subscription preceded by a free trial), paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except in the cases outlined below.
A technical error on our part resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge.
Inability to access the service for an extended period due to a technical fault on our side (not due to the customer’s internet connection or devices).
Cancellation within a short, reasonable window from the first actual payment (to be defined and clearly stated once full online payment is activated).
A change of mind after using the service for part of a paid billing cycle.
Not using the account despite the service being normally available.
Account termination due to violation of the Terms & Conditions.
Contact our support team explaining the reason for your request along with payment details (date, amount). We will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment gateway used, and you will be notified of the details upon approval.
