Welcome to Afaky Cloud. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Afaky Cloud platform (a cloud-based business and accounting management system) available via afakycloud.com and its related applications.
By registering for or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Afaky Cloud is a SaaS platform providing a cloud ERP system for sales, inventory, general accounting, and e-invoicing, with an isolated private database for each customer (multi-tenant architecture).
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering (company name, contact details). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Upon registration, you receive a free trial period with no payment card required, for a duration clearly shown to you at signup. If the trial ends without renewal, the account enters a limited grace period before access is temporarily suspended — your data remains fully preserved during this period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on your selection, with pricing varying by plan and the country your account is registered from. Prices shown at signup or renewal time apply.
Currently, while full online payment is being rolled out, renewals are coordinated directly with our support team — you will be clearly notified once automatic online payment becomes available.
You may not use the service for any unlawful activity, attempt to access other customers’ data, or compromise platform security (hacking, reverse engineering, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these obligations.
All intellectual property rights in the Afaky Cloud platform (software, design, brand) are fully owned by us. Your business data entered into the system always remains your exclusive property.
We make every effort to ensure service continuity and data safety, but the service is provided "as is" without absolute guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with prior notice where possible.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any material change will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
