Registration data: name, company name, email, phone number, and country.
Operational data: any data you enter into the system while using it (invoices, customers, inventory, accounts) — stored in a private database fully isolated from other customers.
Technical data: IP address (used to automatically detect your country and show relevant pricing), browser type, and basic usage logs for security and support purposes.
To provide and operate your account (login, invoicing, notifications).
To contact you regarding your subscription status (renewal reminders, account lifecycle alerts).
To improve the platform and analyze general usage (aggregated, not tied to individual identity where possible).
We do not sell your data to any third party. We may share limited data with service providers necessary to operate the platform only (such as an email hosting provider for notifications, or a payment gateway when processing an actual payment), consistent with this policy.
Each customer’s database is fully isolated from other customers. Passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text. Sensitive secrets (such as payment gateway keys) are stored encrypted with a key kept separate from the database itself.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is kept for a reasonable period (to allow account recovery) before final deletion per our internal policy.
You may at any time request access to your data, request correction, or request deletion (subject to any legal/accounting obligations that may require retaining certain records for a period). Contact our support team for any such request.
We use essential cookies to operate the site (such as maintaining your login session), not for advertising or external marketing tracking.
